Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take out of state insurance?
Yes, we take most but it is always best to call first. Please have all of your insurance information when you call.
Do you see patients with head trauma?
We refer all patients with head trauma to the Emergency Room at Yuma Regional Medical Clinic.
Do you offer x-ray services at your urgent care locations?
Yes, we do have x-ray machines at our locations. We do not have CT or Ultrasound capabilities at this time.
What are your hours?
Each location has different hours. It's always best to call because our hours do change during the holidays. However, our normal operating hours are:
Valley Location
Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm
Foothills Location
Monday-Friday
Big Curve Location

My two year old son was having trouble with his asthma. The Doctors and Physical and Medical Assistants at both Prime Care facilities went above and beyond to make my son comfortable. The staffs' knowledge, described experience(s) and hard work reassured me that we were at the right place. Despite my child not feeling well at all, he was smiling and even laughing all because the staff related well to children; as they treated him for his asthma, they pretended to be dinosaurs with him, and gave him stickers.
